An alarm that doesn’t just warn you: it shows you what happened. When the MotionCam HDR detector is triggered, the system sends the photos of whatever set it off straight to your phone, so within seconds you know whether it’s an intruder, the neighbour’s cat or a curtain moving. That’s the difference between driving back in a panic and getting on with your day.
The kit includes the Hub 2 control panel, a MotionCam HDR photo detector, a door or window contact and a key fob. Grade 2 certified, the level normally expected in a home.
- Two ways to raise the alarm: Ethernet and dual SIM 4G (LTE). If the router goes down or the line is cut, the system keeps communicating over mobile.
- Its own 868 MHz radio (Jeweller and Wings, AES encryption) reaching up to 2 km in open space — more than enough for the whole villa, garage and pool house included.
- Anti-jamming: the system detects any attempt to block the signal.
- No building work: fully wireless, no trunking, no chasing walls.
No monthly fee. The equipment is yours from day one and you manage it from the Ajax app, paying nothing each month to check it or arm it. If you also want a connection to an alarm receiving centre — the one that allows a verified alert to the police — that is a separate service you can take on if you want it.
