Description
It protects before they get in, not after. This detector creates an invisible “curtain” hugging the façade — 15 m long and only 7° wide — so it triggers when someone approaches a window or the terrace, not when they cross the garden. And because it has a camera, it sends you the photo of whatever set it off.
- Two technologies that must agree: infrared and K-band microwave (24 GHz) working in AND mode. A moving leaf won’t trigger both at once; a person will. With the SmartDetect algorithm on top to filter out false alarms.
- Photos at night too, with infrared backlighting and HDR: 320 × 240 px in 9 seconds or 640 × 480 px in 20.
- You decide when it takes photos: on request, when arming or disarming, on a schedule, or automatically if another detector in the system goes off. You manage the image request permissions yourself.
- Anti-masking: it warns you if someone tries to cover it.
- Up to 3 years of battery (6 × CR123A) and up to 1,700 m of radio range. Weather resistant (IP55) and rated from −25 °C to +60 °C.
An honest warning: this model has no pet immunity. If the dog is going to walk past it, this isn’t the right detector, and we’ll tell you before selling it to you — that’s what the site visit is for.
Recommended mounting height is 2 to 4 m and sensitivity has three levels: placing and adjusting it properly is half the result. We supply and install across the Costa del Sol.
