Everything you need to have your home or business watched and recording, in one box and with a single cable per camera. The 8-channel Ajax NVR comes with 2 bullet cameras at 5 megapixels, leaving 6 free channels to expand later without changing anything already installed.
- 5 MP: enough detail to recognise someone at the entrance, not just to see that “something happened”. How much you can make out, and at what distance, depends on where the camera goes — that’s what we get right during installation.
- Infrared night vision up to 50 m: the garden and the perimeter stay covered after dark.
- One cable per camera thanks to PoE (802.3at): data and power down the same network cable. Less mess and no sockets on the façade.
- Artificial intelligence in the camera to filter out what doesn’t matter and alert you to what does.
- ONVIF / RTSP compatible: you’re not locked into one brand if you expand later.
The bullet format is the more visible of the two, and that works in your favour: a camera people can see deters them before anything happens. Its shield protects the lens from rain and low sun, and it can be aimed precisely at an entrance or a stretch of fence.
