Description
The same Ajax unit in white, the one that ends up in almost every living room: on a pale wall it disappears, and a detector nobody sees is a detector nobody studies before breaking in.
It combines a volumetric PIR with a glass-break microphone. That means it can trip for two different reasons: because someone is moving inside the room, or because a window has been broken — even if whoever broke it never gets in. In a house full of glazing, that second alarm is the one that buys time.
- 12 m, 88.5° PIR with a 24-zone, 6-plane lens, for mounting at 2.4 m.
- Glass-break detection at 9 m over 180°: one unit covers several windows on the same wall.
- Does not trip on pets up to 20 kg and 50 cm.
- Around 5 years on one CR123A battery, with a tamper alert if it is opened.
- Jeweller at 868 MHz with up to 1,200 m in open space.
It is indoor equipment and it has no anti-masking: if you need that protection, we will say so and move to another model. The normal thing is to pair it with curtain detectors at the windows — we will tell you how many and where, without overselling.
