Who it’s for and who it’s not for. This is the panel for when there are already old key fobs circulating: it reads 125 kHz EM RFID cards as well as 13.56 MHz MF and NFC. It is not the panel for a wide entrance where you need to see side to side: it opens 110° horizontally, less than the wide-angle models.
What’s included in the box. The IP video intercom with a 2 MP camera for an apartment, speaker and microphone with Crystal Clear two-way audio, infrared night vision, integrated EM and MF card reader, and remote door unlocking.
How we install it on the Costa del Sol. Surface and outdoor, made of aluminum alloy measuring 145 × 85 × 28 mm, with IP65 and a wide range of −40 °C to +65 °C. It operates on a single network cable with PoE IEEE802.3af and works locally or via the cloud, with remote updates. On the Costa del Sol, the gate pillar is the usual spot, and the deciding factor is the angle relative to the afternoon sun.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do the 125 kHz key fobs we already have work?
That’s what this model is for: it reads 125 kHz EM RFID cards, 13.56 MHz MF, and NFC, and keeps records. This prevents distributing new credentials to everyone on the day of the change.
Can a card be prevented from being passed around?
It has anti-passback, configurable from the cloud in office project. This means the same credential cannot enter twice in a row without having exited.
What is the camera’s coverage?
110° horizontally and 58° vertically, with an image of 1920×1080 at 25fps. It has a tighter frame than the wide-angle models: it sees well who is calling, and less of what is happening on the sides.
