Description
The same Ajax Superior outdoor siren, in white. On a light-coloured wall a black box shouts; in white it blends in and stops being something to look at. It sounds the same: 85~107 dB at one metre, with the duration adjustable between 3 seconds and 3 minutes.
It carries NFA2P certification and Grade 2 and can sound with the conventional pattern or the NFA2P one. The LEDs warn of the alarm and confirm arming and disarming, so you can see from outside whether the system is set.
- Jeweller at 868 MHz, up to 1,500 m in open space: no cable to the hub.
- IP54 and IK08, −25 °C to +60 °C: built to live outdoors all year.
- Tone between 1,400 and 1,600 Hz, the band where the human ear tolerates volume worst.
- Battery self-test: it checks that the charge allows normal operation.
- Powered by 8 CR123A batteries or, if you prefer, 12 V DC from an external supply.
It measures 210 × 210 × 71 mm and weighs just over a kilo, so the fixing matters as much as the siren. The manufacturer recommends mounting it from 2.5 m up. We sell and install in Málaga and the Costa del Sol: if you want, we leave it fitted, paired with the hub and tested in front of you.
