Indoor Wi-Fi dies at the garden door. And yet what is outside is exactly what needs a network: the gate camera, the video doorbell, the pool robot, the shed nothing reaches, and your phone when you are on the terrace. This access point is built to live out there.

It delivers up to 1267 Mbps on Wi-Fi 5, supports several networks (MultiSSID) — useful for separating the house network from guests or from the cameras — and takes PoE power, so it arrives on a single network cable: no hunting for a socket on a façade or a pole. What sets it apart is not speed, it is that it genuinely survives outdoors: an IP68 rating — the toughest for dust and water — and a working range of −30 to 65 °C, comfortably covering a Costa del Sol summer on a south-facing wall.

How we install it. The work is the network run from the PoE switch to the chosen point, and that point is chosen by where the signal has to reach, not where the box is convenient to fit: a high wall, a soffit or a pole, with a clear line to the area being covered. We aim it, register it on the network and measure real coverage where it matters — at the pool, the shed, the gate — before calling the job done.
