Description
The same Ajax REX repeater, in white. Since it hangs on a wall in plain view — it has to sit halfway between the hub and the weak-signal area, not hidden in a metal cabinet — the colour is not a whim: on a light wall it disappears.
Its job is easy to explain and hard to replace: it picks up the hub’s Jeweller signal and sends it out again, so a detector in the garage, the basement or the guest house joins the system like any other. No cable to run, no second alarm to install.
- Extends to 99 devices with Hub and 149 with Hub Plus.
- 2 A·h Li-Ion backup battery: it keeps repeating through a power cut.
- 110 to 240 V from an ordinary socket.
- 163 × 163 × 36 mm, 330 g, running OS Malevich like the rest of the system.
- −10 to 40 °C: this is indoor equipment.
Check compatibility first: Hub and Hub Plus only, on OS Malevich 2.7.1 or later. A badly placed repeater fixes nothing — we put it where the signal asks for it, not where it looks tidy.
