Description
Not every home needs the most expensive router. This Reyee is Wi-Fi 5 AC1300 and covers what most people actually do: browsing, streaming, work and video calls. It delivers 400 Mbps on 2.4 GHz and 867 Mbps on 5 GHz, with 2+2 omnidirectional antennas.
It takes up to 96 clients, with 32 recommended for everything to stay smooth, on a dual-core processor. And the part that matters in a house with walls: it works in a mesh, so if a bedroom or a floor comes up short you add another unit instead of fighting with a repeater.
- Four gigabit ports: 3 LAN and 1 WAN, no bottleneck on the cable.
- Dual band, with devices moving to whichever suits them.
- 12 W with the 12 V adapter included.
- Flat chassis, 230 × 130 mm and 30 mm high, 290 g.
- Works from 0 to 40 °C: indoor equipment.
It is Wi-Fi 5, not Wi-Fi 6, and it is not PoE powered. For a normal flat it is more than enough; for a three-storey house or a lot of devices at once, the AX3000 or several access points are worth looking at. We will say so without selling you more than you need.
