Description
The advantage of a varifocal is that the framing is decided after you are up the ladder. With a 2.7 to 13.5 mm lens, this Dahua bullet goes from a 97° wide angle — a whole façade — to a 28° telephoto that concentrates on the door or the garage entrance, without changing camera or position.
It is the one we fit when the point to watch is far away and the camera cannot be moved closer: a plot entrance, an access road, a loading bay. And it carries Smart Dual Light with 60 m of reach — four dual-core LEDs, infrared and white light — which is among the longest in this range.
- 4 MP on the main stream and a second stream at D1 for light remote viewing.
- 120 dB WDR, HLC, BLC and 3D-NR for car headlights coming in at night.
- PoE 802.3af or 12 V DC, 12.7 W maximum.
- 3AXIS bracket (360° pan, 90° tilt): fine adjustment is done on the wall.
- ≤95 % humidity without condensation, 760 g.
A badly adjusted varifocal performs worse than a well-placed fixed lens: the zoom has to be set with the image in front of you, at the time of day that matters. We do that for you if you ask. We sell and install in Málaga and the Costa del Sol.
