1. Shipping areas
Dartel Solutions ships products from its online store (shop.dartelsolutions.com) to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.

For the time being we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla (subject to a different tax regime, IGIC/IPSI) or outside Spain. If you need shipping to those areas, contact us and we will assess it case by case.
2. Carrier
Orders are delivered through a nationwide transport agency. Once the parcel has been collected by the carrier, you will receive an email with the tracking information so you can locate your shipment.
3. Delivery times
The estimated delivery time for mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands is 2 to 7 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding national and local public holidays), counted from when Dartel Solutions confirms payment of the order.
These times may be affected by:
- High demand during campaign periods (Black Friday, Christmas, etc.).
- Extraordinary situations beyond the control of Dartel Solutions (transport strikes, adverse weather conditions, etc.).
- Hard-to-reach addresses or issues with the delivery address.
If an order exceeds the expected delivery time without being delivered, contact us at info@dartelsolutions.com and we will handle the incident with the carrier.
4. Receiving your order
When you receive the parcel, check the following before signing the delivery note:
- That the outer packaging is in good condition and shows no knocks, tears or signs of tampering.
- That the number of packages matches the number stated on the delivery note.
If you detect visible damage to the packaging, expressly note it on the carrier’s delivery note before signing and photograph the parcel before opening it. Let us know as soon as possible (preferably within the first 24 hours) at info@dartelsolutions.com, attaching the photographs.
5. Absence at the time of delivery
If the carrier attempts delivery and the recipient is not there, they will leave a notice and make a second attempt. If the second attempt also fails, the parcel will be held at the carrier’s office or pick-up point for a certain period (generally 7–15 days depending on the carrier) for the customer to collect. After that period without collection, the parcel will be returned to Dartel Solutions and the re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
6. Orders damaged or lost in transit
If the product arrives damaged or the order is lost during transport, Dartel Solutions will handle the claim with the carrier at no additional cost to the customer. Depending on the outcome, a re-shipment or a full refund will be arranged. See also our Returns policy.
7. Local pick-up
There is currently no physical pick-up point. If you are in Rincón de la Victoria or a nearby municipality and would like to arrange a hand delivery, you can contact us by phone or WhatsApp on +34 612 49 49 00 to assess it case by case.
