Smart Plug with Remote Control Ajax White

Description

This is the part that turns an alarm into something more than an alarm. This Ajax smart plug goes between the wall and the appliance, and from the system’s own app you switch whatever is plugged in on or off: a lamp when the house is empty, the irrigation, a heater, the pool pump.

It works at 230 V, 50 Hz and takes up to 2.5 kW of load, at 11 A with protection (13 A without). It links to the hub over Jeweller radio at 868 MHz, so it needs no Wi-Fi and no separate app.

• Voltage protection between 184 and 253 V: it cuts out if the mains drifts and protects the appliance.
• Current protection at 11 A and temperature protection at 85 °C.
• Type F format (the European schuko), matching a Spanish household socket.
• Just 65.5 × 45 × 45 mm and 58 g: it does not block the socket next to it.
• White finish, to vanish against a light wall.

Two warnings: it is indoor (0 to 64 °C) and it is not a sensor — it detects nothing, it only switches what is plugged into it. And mind the load: 2.5 kW covers a lamp, a fan or a small pump, not an oven. If you are unsure, ask us before plugging anything in.
